As Owner/Operator Kathy takes a hands-on approach. She takes full ownership of a placement and keeps in continuous communication with her clients and candidates before, during, and after placement. Recruiting takes an immense amount of time and resources for both the employer and employee. By investing the necessary time and effort upfront to scope out a long-term match, Kathy strives to make the right match the first time in a feasible and timely manner, making it a great experience for both sides.

Diana is in her final year of studying Human Resources at MacEwan University and is excited to take what she's learned into the real world.
Diana is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities and helping organizations build strong, effective teams.
Outside of classes and assignments, she enjoys staying active through yoga and pilates and spending quality time with friends and family.
