As Owner/Operator Kathy takes a hands-on approach. She takes full ownership of a placement and keeps in continuous communication with her clients and candidates before, during, and after placement. Recruiting takes an immense amount of time and resources for both the employer and employee. Rachel joined KPM Staffing in October of 2022. She takes care of the legal and Permanent Administrative Staffing. Rachel brings her years of experience from working within the transportation industry as an Administrative Assistant.
In this role Rachel assisted and oversaw various logistic functions, consulted with internal departments and business partners to coordinate on-time deliveries of goods to customers. Rachel oversaw executive phone lines, handled emergencies as they arose and processed vendor invoices.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and all the newness of motherhood with her son. When she’s not playing house, you can find her at various local business networking events where she enjoys meeting local like-minded entrepreneurs, building her business network, and gaining more knowledge about the business world.
Rachel has a passion for encouraging young local “fempreneurs” by providing resources to help them succeed with their business ventures.
